Burnout and occupational stress are increasingly being recognised as having significant costs - both personal and organisational. Dr David Kopacz and I have been working on increasing our own understanding of this phenomenon, and recently presented the following poster on Burnout, and Moral Injury at the Australasian Health of Healthcare Practitioners Conference which took place in Perth in November 2109.
